Quality control does not end when a case leaves our laboratory. If a restoration has a verified quality or fit issue, submit photos, scans, or a return model within 7 days. Our team will review the case and arrange a remake, refund, or case credit according to the findings.
Confirmed quality or fit issues qualify for a free remake. If remaking the case is not possible, a refund or case credit may be provided.
Urgent cases are handled within 2 hours, while standard messages receive a response within 12 hours.

We accept digital and physical cases, including STL and PLY files from major intraoral scanner systems. Each submission is reviewed, with technical questions and expected turnaround confirmed within 12 hours or less.
Restorations are produced using zirconia, Emax, PMMA, and dental alloys with advanced CAD/CAM equipment. Every case passes technician review and an additional in-house quality-control inspection before shipment.
Approved cases will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with full tracking. Verified quality or size issues are eligible for free remanufacturing, and urgent support requests will be processed within 2 hours.
